Where do I park my car?
Free street parking weekdays, west of Washington Avenue (decals needed only at night) OR public garage on 7th Street (between Washington & Collins).

Can I bring my computer?
Yes, free wireless. Free use of computers in lobby for students.

When do classes start?
Every Monday.

When are office hours?
Mondays thru Thursdays 9am-7pm.

Who are the teachers?
Dynamic, experienced, native-speakers. We understand that your teacher is the most important element of your learning experience, so we recruit & train the best language teachers available.

What is covered in the classes?
Classes are a mix of conversation, grammar, vocabulary, reading/writing & pronunciation.

Are there quizzes/tests?
Quizzes are given periodically. Tests are given at the end of each level.

How long is each level?
Spanish: 8 weeks (part-time) or 1 week (intensive)
English: 8 weeks (part-time) or 4 weeks (intensive)

Are there certificates?
Yes, certificates are given on the final day of class and recognized by most employers.

Are there different levels?
6 levels.

How do I know my level?
Verbal & written tests available.
Beginners start at 'zero' level.
High Beginners know the basics (1-2 years previous study).
Intermediates can follow conversation.
Advanced are conversational.

How many students per class?
Average 5 students. Maximum 9 students.

What are the ages/nationalities of the students?
All ages, many nationalities representing North America, South American, Europe & Asia.

How do I register?
Credit card online, via telephone (305-815-4271) or come to our center in person (credit card card, check or cash accepted).

Are there registration fees or other extra costs?
South Beach Languages only charges a registration 'fee' to process the I-20 form to English International students. No fees for local English or Spanish students.

What is the refund policy?
For any reason, a full refund is given until the first day of class. After class begins, credit is given, good for 1 year.

Activities?
Every Friday. For example, volleyball, karaoke nights, movies, happy hours, etc. Miami always has something happening.

Drinks?
Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water in our student lounge. Free donuts on Thursdays!
