For students staying a few days to 1 month. Students can book directly with hostels. Range: $20-35/night (for shared room & meals)

APART-HOTEL
For students staying 1 week-8 weeks. Clean, safe rooms in hotel, 1 block from beach, with cable tv, private bathroom, study area.
Price: $350/week or $1200/month total for room (2 students or couple can share)
Distance from Language Center: 2 blocks
Ideal for students staying 1 week to 3 months.

HOMESTAY
Price Range: $1,100+ per month
Distance from Language Center: Varies. Public transportation needed (not walking distance)
Type: Private room in house or apartment, short or long term
Note: Students pay directly to "Sara's Homestay" Miami service.

LONG-TERM APARTMENTS
For students staying long-term, 3 months or more, we suggest letting us reserve a hotel/hostel your first few days in Miami Beach. Once you arrive, our accommodations coordinator can assist with an apartment rental or roommate that best fits your situation.
